Iowa State Fairgoers on Aug. 19 had the opportunity to learn about the state's public health and environmental laboratory by playing "Knock! Knock!" at the UHL display.

The game was created by Randy Schropp, facilities manager, and Ann Armstrong, designer, and features a series of small doors labeled with entertaining questions about the Hygienic Laboratory. The answers are revealed when the doors are opened.

The Hygienic Laboratory game was part of the University of Iowa State Fair Booth. More than one million people attended the 2009 fair. Dates for the 2010 event are Aug. 12 - 22.
