This list is intended only as a guide in locating third party proficiency test (PT) providers. It is not an endorsement of providers nor should it be considered a complete list. Laboratories are responsible to ensure that providers meet the requirements listed in the appropriate programs Certification Manual:

As part of some PT Third Party Providers services, the some Providers will report the PT data directly the State Environmetal Laboratory Certification Agency. It is important that Iowa Laboratory ID number be provided. It remains the responsibility of the laboratory, wishing to maintain their certification with the IDNR, insure these PT results for all methods and analytes are submit to IDNR annually.
