Laboratories Certified for Specified Groups		Printable version

This form generates a report listing certified laboratories that match the groups and analytical-series that are selected. For a laboratory to be qualified, it ust match ALL the selected categories. For example, selecting SDWA-IOC and SDWA-VOC would produce a listing of laboratories that are certified for both SDWA IOC and SDWA VOC. Labs that are certified only for SDWA IOC would not be included.

Selection criteria may be further refined by specifying analytical series (the 2^nd column of each program group). For example, selecting SDWA-IOC-Lead/Copper and SDWA-VOC-TTHM would produce a list of labs that are certified for both groups and analytical series.
